Notes
Serial token SN10 on every one of the 50 rendered rows, which is the page's full stated Total Cards, with no second distinct serial token: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/148282/2016-17-Panini-Prestige-Prestigious-Premieres-Signatures-Rainbow . Single-source (tcdb only); cardboardconnection's checklist does not reach this tier. Every row also carries AU. NAME: tcdb's set heading is "2016-17 Panini Prestige - Prestigious Premieres Signatures Rainbow" while its base tier's heading is "2016-17 Panini Prestige - Prestigious Premieres" without the word Signatures; both headings are reproduced as tcdb prints them and neither was tidied. This tier is numbered while its own base tier carries AU and no serial token at all. CHANNEL DELIBERATELY NOT ASSIGNED: no source states a channel for THIS parallel. The only channel sentence reachable is cardboardconnection's "Exclusive to Target over the last few years, 2016-17 Panini Prestige Basketball sees the NBA brand finally return to the hobby lineup." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prestige-basketball) - a statement about the LINE'S HISTORY and about the release, not about any parallel, so per CAV-010 it earns no basis here. channel=UNKNOWN with channel_basis EMPTY per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3. See G-008.
