the True Colors Materials set

PER-CARD VARIABLE SERIAL RUN - UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN IS WRITTEN DELIBERATELY AND IS NOT A RESEARCH GAP. All 31 rows of this tier were enumerated, not sampled, and the DISTINCT serial-token set is {SN25, SN6}: 30 rows SN25 and one row SN6. Confirmed on two differently-varied fetches of two endpoints - Checklist.cfm https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/148293/2016-17-Panini-Prestige-True-Colors-Materials-Prime and ViewSet.cfm https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/148293/true-colors-materials-prime-second-probe - the second of which quotes the outlier row in full: "2 | Al Horford | MEM, SN6 | Boston Celtics". Every row also carries MEM. Per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3 a tier whose own rows disagree gets UNKNOWN and a gaps row, never the modal token; writing 25 here would have been a confident sourced-looking error on one of 31 cards. See G-004. THIS TIER IS STRUCTURALLY IMPORTANT: it is a memorabilia colour/patch parallel, not an autograph base tier, and it is the counter-example to the generalisation that variability concentrates in the base tiers of autograph sets. CHANNEL DELIBERATELY NOT ASSIGNED: no source states a channel for THIS parallel. The only channel sentence reachable is cardboardconnection's "Exclusive to Target over the last few years, 2016-17 Panini Prestige Basketball sees the NBA brand finally return to the hobby lineup." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prestige-basketball) - a statement about the LINE'S HISTORY and about the release, not about any parallel, so per CAV-010 it earns no basis here. channel=UNKNOWN with channel_basis EMPTY per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3. See G-008.
