Total Cards 20, and 20 rows rendered and counted. Distinct flag-token set enumerated over EVERY row of the tier, not sampled: {empty - no token on any row} - uniform, zero variable rows. Positive discriminative test inside this same set family and on this same endpoint: the Crystal Gold sid renders SN10 on every row and the Crystal Blue sid renders SN1 on every row while this tier's sid renders no serial token at all, so the blank is a rendered absence and not a dropped column.
