Notes
tcdb sid 168763, heading read back as "2017-18 Panini Prestige - Prestigious Signatures Blue" - sid confirmed against the page's own heading, not taken from Inserts.cfm alone. Total Cards 49, and 49 rows rendered and counted. Distinct flag-token set enumerated over EVERY row of the tier, not sampled: {AU, SN1} - uniform, zero variable rows. CHANNEL: no source reachable for this release states a channel or SKU for this tier, so channel=UNKNOWN with an empty basis. ROSTER: 49 codes against the base insert set's 48 - the same +1 shape as Old School Signatures, and sportscardchecklist independently reproduces 48/49/49 across these three tiers. See G-008. Every row also carries the flag AU. Card numbers in this set are not normalised here; they belong to the chase pass.
