Notes

tcdb renders it "Teal Wave Prizms" in the Parallel Sets section of the parent's Inserts.cfm; its own page heading reads "2016-17 Panini Prizm - Teal Wave Prizms" with "Total Cards: 300". Its Inserts.cfm Notes cell reads "Serial numbered to 25. Retail exclusive.". Row-level probe on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/140685/2016-17-Panini-Prizm-Prizms-Teal-Wave (PageIndex 1, 2 and 3): the token SN25 and only that token appears, on every one of the 167 rows read of 300 - one distinct token, so the tier is uniform, not per-card variable. cardboardconnection independently lists this tier as "Teal Wave #/25". The tcdb Inserts.cfm Parallel Sets section renders a per-set Notes column in PROSE format ("Serial numbered to N"), split 10 annotated / 4 blank across its 14 rows, and the split is confirmed in BOTH directions by a row-level probe of all 14 sids on Checklist.cfm: the same renderer emits a serial token on every rendered row of each of the ten annotated tiers and emits no token on any rendered row of the four blank ones. Per CAV-042 the four negatives were re-run on a second, differently-varied fetch (ViewSet.cfm under a different slug) and agreed. Set inventory and Notes cells: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/135667/2016-17-Panini-Prizm (Teal Wave's cell re-read character for character on a second differently-slugged fetch: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/135667/2016-17-Panini-Prizm-Basketball-Cards). Independent parallel list with print runs: https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prizm-basketball-cards CHANNEL: this is the only row in the release with a sourced channel; the statement is tcdb's Notes cell alone and cardboardconnection carries no channel sentence anywhere, so channel_confidence is single. It is NOT inherited onto the Teal Wave tiers of the insert sets, whose own Notes cells read "Serial numbered to 25" with no channel statement.
