Notes
tcdb renders it "Sky's The Limit Black Prizm" in the Insert Sets section of the parent's Inserts.cfm; its own page heading reads "2016-17 Panini Prizm - Sky's The Limit Black Prizm" with "Total Cards: 25". Row-level probe on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/141847/2016-17-Panini-Prizm-Skys-the-Limit-Black-Prizm: the token(s) SN1 and no other serial token appear, on every one of the 25 rows read of 25 - one distinct serial token, so the tier is uniform, not per-card variable. SINGLE-SOURCE (tcdb only): cardboardconnection's product page names the nine insert and autograph sets but lists no parallel tiers for any of them. Set inventory: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/135667/2016-17-Panini-Prizm Independent set list: https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prizm-basketball-cards
