Notes
tcdb renders it "Veteran Signatures Blue Prizms" in the Insert Sets section of the parent's Inserts.cfm; its own page heading reads "2016-17 Panini Prizm - Veteran Signatures Blue Prizms" with "Total Cards: 46". Row-level probe on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/140686/2016-17-Panini-Prizm-Veteran-Signatures-Blue-Prizms: the token(s) AU, SN49 and no other serial token appear, on every one of the 46 rows read of 46 - one distinct serial token, so the tier is uniform, not per-card variable. SINGLE-SOURCE (tcdb only): cardboardconnection's product page names the nine insert and autograph sets but lists no parallel tiers for any of them. Set inventory: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/135667/2016-17-Panini-Prizm Independent set list: https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-prizm-basketball-cards
