Row-level probe on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/140687/2016-17-Panini-Prizm-Veteran-Signatures-Hyper-Prizms: the token(s) SN10 and no other serial token appear, on every one of the 46 rows read of 46 - one distinct serial token, so the tier is uniform, not per-card variable. ⚠ This sid renders SN10 without an AU token while its sibling Blue Prizms renders "AU, SN49" and the base Veteran Signatures set renders AU on all 46 rows.
