tcdb sid 163550, heading "2017-18 Panini Prizm - Silver Prizms", Total Cards: 300. tcdb Inserts.cfm Notes cell is EMPTY for this tier. Row-level serial-token enumeration on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/163550/2017-18-Panini-Prizm-Silver-Prizms : ViewSet.cfm rows 1-70 (70) no token; Checklist.cfm?PageIndex=2 rows 101-168 (68) no token; ?PageIndex=3 rows 201-268 (68) no token; Gallery.cfm?PageIndex=30 rows 291-300 (10) no token = 216 of 300 rows, ZERO serial tokens. Set listing: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/157371/2017-18-Panini-Prizm . cardboardconnection (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-prizm-basketball-nba-cards) lists this tier as "Silver". unnumbered/no rests on a positive discriminative test inside the same renderer: sibling base tiers fetched through the identical Checklist.cfm endpoint render a serial token on every row (Black SN1, Blue SN199, Gold SN10, Orange SN49), while this tier renders none on any row across three separately-parameterised fetches. COVERAGE: roughly 70-77% of the 300 rows were read; the unread rows are the tails of each Checklist.cfm page, which the fetch layer truncates stochastically. See gaps G-004.
