Notes
Parallel of the "Luck of the Lottery" set. tcdb sid 163583, heading "2017-18 Panini Prizm - Luck of the Lottery Hyper Prizms", Total Cards: 14. Its tcdb Inserts.cfm Notes cell is EMPTY. Serial-token evidence: All 14 of 14 rows rendered; no flag token on any row. COMPLETE enumeration. Source: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/163583/2017-18-Panini-Prizm ; set listing https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/157371/2017-18-Panini-Prizm . tcdb prints the tier name in full as "Luck of the Lottery Hyper Prizms"; the set-name prefix is carried by the scope column here, following the catalogue convention for insert-scope parallels. unnumbered/no rests on a positive discriminative test inside the same set family and the same renderer: sibling tiers of this same set render a serial token on every row (Black SN1, Gold SN10, Mojo SN25) while this tier renders none on any row.
