Notes
tcdb renders this tier as "Sensational Signatures Prizms Black". tcdb renders Notes "Serial numbered to 1" on this row. The tcdb Inserts.cfm listing renders a per-set Notes annotation: 25 of the 37 base parallel rows carry "Serial numbered to N" and 11 carry no annotation at all, and that split matches cardboardconnection's independent list 37 of 37 - so the blank annotation is a positive discriminative signal for unnumbered, not an absence of research. Row-level confirmation: ViewSet.cfm on Prizms Red renders the literal token "SN299" on every row while ViewSet.cfm on Prizms Silver renders no token on any row.
