• G-001 Print run conflict: checklistinsider.com, checklistcenter.com and gogts.net all state Holo Bronze is serial numbered to /299; cardsmithsbreaks.com states /199 instead. /299 used in parallels.csv as the 3-source majority figure; /199 treated as a likely transcription error (easily confused with the identically-formatted Holo Red /199 line on the same page).
• G-002 Card count disagreement: cardsmithsbreaks.com and checklistcenter.com both state 36 cards; checklistinsider.com states 37. 36 used in sets.csv as the majority (2 of 3 sources) figure.
• G-003 Insert-set "Effect" parallel print run is inconsistent across sources: cardsmithsbreaks.com's per-set breakdown states Effect #/35 for Fleet Feet, Future Legends, Rock the Rim, Rookie Portraits, Rookie Recon, Rookie Review, Sky's the Limit, The Mighty, Vector and World Travelers, while gogts.net's summary line states "New parallels for inserts: Purple (#'d /75), Effect (#'d /25)". Not resolved. Does not affect sets.csv (which records colour names only, per the PARALLEL SCOPE format, not print runs) but is logged here since insert/auto card-level print runs are out of scope for this pass per EXTRACTION_SPEC.
• G-004 Base card checklist (1-200) is drawn from a single fully-quoted verbatim source (cardsmithsbreaks.com). tcdb.com independently corroborates cards 1-80 with an exact name-for-name match (verbatim fetch), and two independent eBay marketplace listings independently confirm card #54 (Mikal Bridges) and #193 (Scottie Barnes) specifically (used only to identify those two card numbers, not to source odds/tiers). Cards 81-200 were not independently re-verified name-by-name against a second full-checklist source beyond the aggregate total-count confirmations from checklistcenter.com and checklistinsider.com.
• G-005 No numeric pull-rate odds (e.g. "1:X packs", "1 per case") found for any base parallel or insert/autograph set beyond print-run counts and general box-average guarantees ("2 autographs, 20 inserts or parallels per box on average"), which the scarcity spec explicitly excludes as odds. Searched dacardworld.com, steelcitycollectibles.com, checklistinsider.com, checklistcenter.com, cardsmithsbreaks.com, gogts.net and blog.paniniamerica.net. Only Holo Dots carries scarcity-relevant descriptive language ("super short-printed" / "SSP"); see scarcity_parallels.csv.
• G-006 A single eBay marketplace listing (title: "2023-24 Panini Recon Luka Doncic Fuzion SP SSP Case Hit Dallas Mavericks") labels the Fuzion insert as an SSP/case hit. No editorial source (checklistcenter.com, checklistinsider.com, cardsmithsbreaks.com, cardlines.com, gogts.net) uses SSP or case-hit language for Fuzion, Gala, Contours or any insert other than the base parallel Holo Dots. Per the anti-fabrication hard rule (refuse to tier from eBay/marketplace "case hit"/"SSP" copy), Fuzion was NOT tiered in scarcity_sets.csv. Flagged here as an unconfirmed candidate for a future pass if a primary source surfaces.
• G-007 Naming discrepancy: checklistcenter.com, cardsmithsbreaks.com and checklistinsider.com all name this insert "Gala"; gogts.net names it "Base Gala". "Gala" used in sets.csv as the majority (3 of 4 sources) name.
• G-008 Card withheld: 19 of the 20 cards in this set are written to insert_cards.csv; the LUKA DONCIC row is withheld because tcdb stores its card number as the truncated token "GS-" with no suffix. No marketplace listing for a Luka Doncic 2023-24 Recon Glorified Signature was found on ebay.com, goldin.co or pristineauction.com. • G-009 Marketplace verification of the plain 1..N insert runs is PARTIAL: 9 of the 14 plain-numbered sets are confirmed by a clean free-text seller or auction-lot title naming a player at a specific printed number, and 5 are not. The obstacle is systematic: eBay has catalogued this release and its /itm/ PAGES now render eBay's own catalogue-form title ("2023-24 Panini Recon - <Set> <Player> #N") even where the SEARCH SNIPPET showed genuine seller free text -- the snippet-vs-page trap, observed on at least six pages this run (e.g. snippet "2023-24 Panini Recon Victor Wembanyama #9 Sky's The Limit Rookie RC Spurs" vs page "2023-24 Panini Recon - Sky's the Limit Victor Wembanyama #9 (RC)", https://www.ebay.com/itm/396725409716). Those pages were not counted as independent evidence.
• G-010 Single-source risk on coded autograph card numbers. Every autograph card number written for this release comes from tcdb.com. Independent corroboration from a clean free-text marketplace seller title was obtained for only TWO of the eleven autograph sets: Novice Patch Autographs ("2023-24 Panini Recon #NPA-MUR Kris Murray Novice Patch Autographs Blue #/49", https://www.ebay.com/itm/388270723266) and Sophomore Acetate Autographs ("2023-24 Panini Recon On Card Autograph #SAA-TER Dalen Terry 4/5", https://www.ebay.com/itm/197534635131). The other nine -- Archetype Signatures, Calligraphy Signatures, Draft Night Acetate Signatures, Glorified Signatures, Private Signings, Rookie Jersey Autographs, Rookie Recon Signatures, Seasoned Pro Autographs and True Potential Signatures -- rest on tcdb pages alone (base page unioned with a colour tier where noted). Reason: eBay's catalogue for this release is demonstrably contaminated with prefix-plus-ordinal placeholders -- https://www.ebay.com/itm/197623574165 renders Stephen Curry as "#GS-1" where tcdb prints GS-CUR; https://www.ebay.com/p/27067692757 renders Bilal Coulibaly as "#RJA-3" and https://www.ebay.com/p/9067688200 renders Amari Bailey as "#RJA-18" where tcdb prints RJA-BIL and RJA-BAI; https://www.ebay.com/p/27067692366, https://www.ebay.com/p/14067684119 and https://www.ebay.com/p/25067681188 render "#DNS-20", "#DNS-26" and "#DNS-29". sportscardspro.com FAILED calibration on this release's coded sets, renumbering Seasoned Pro Autographs 1..N (https://www.sportscardspro.com/console/basketball-cards-2023-panini-recon-seasoned-pro-autograph). fanaticscollect.com and comc.com produced nothing usable. Mitigations actually run: narrow verbatim re-fetches through a second valid slug on Archetype Signatures and Glorified Signatures returned byte-identical tokens with strictly sequential ViewCard cids; every parallel tier consulted agreed with its base page token-for-token.
• G-011 Uncatalogued parallel found on tcdb but absent from parallels.csv. tcdb's Inserts.cfm for this release lists nine True Potential Signatures sids (base plus Blue, Effect, Gold, Green, Platinum, Purple, Red at sid 432289), and https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/432289/x renders the heading "2023-24 Panini Recon - True Potential Signatures Red" with "Total Cards: 27". parallels.csv records only six True Potential Signatures parallels (Blue, Purple, Effect, Gold, Green, Platinum) and sets.csv's note for the set lists the same six -- no Red. Reported, not edited: parallels.csv and sets.csv are out of scope for this pass. This is the single discrepancy in an otherwise exact sid reconciliation (tcdb 127 sids = 24 sid-bearing sets + 91 insert/auto parallels + 12 base Holo parallels, against our 24 + 90 + 12).
• G-012 Resolves the count half of G-002 with new evidence. tcdb's Seasoned Pro Autographs page https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/432262/2023-24-Panini-Recon---Seasoned-Pro-Autographs renders 36 rows (counted by hand) under a header reading "Total Cards: 36", independently agreeing with cardsmithsbreaks.com and checklistcenter.com against checklistinsider.com's 37. All 36 are written to insert_cards.csv with real SPA- codes. No 37th card was found on the base page or on any of the five colour tiers listed by Inserts.cfm. G-002 left open as the source-disagreement record; sets.csv's 36 is corroborated, not changed.
