The base set as tcdb, cardboardconnection and Panini all describe it: one 150-card run, enumerated contiguously 1-150 with the size taken off the last rendered page rather than the header. cardboardconnection: "150 cards." UNIT DISAGREEMENT RECORDED, NOT RESOLVED AWAY: sportscardchecklist decomposes the same run into "2016-17 Panini Revolution (100 Cards)" plus "2016-17 Panini Revolution Rookies (50 Cards)", and decomposes every parallel tier the same way, which sums to the same 150. tcdb files it as a single sid and cardboardconnection as a single 150-card base set, and no source states a per-tier print run or any other tier-level fact, so NO base_card_tiers.csv was written and base_print_run is uniform rather than varies-by-tier.
