card_count is rendered rows counted by this build: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/165697/2017-18-Panini-Revolution-Autographs states "Total Cards: 28" and renders 28 rows, every one carrying the flag token "AU" and no serial token, so the set itself is not serial numbered. Card numbers are letter codes (A-AD ... A-ZL), which is why they live in a chase structure and not in base_cards.csv. Two tcdb pages say 28 with byte-identical code lists (the base page and the Cubic #/50 page, https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/165698/2017-18-Panini-Revolution-Autographs-Cubic). One tcdb page says 29: the Kaleido 1/1 page (https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/165699/2017-18-Panini-Revolution-Autographs-Kaleido) renders the same 28 codes plus "A-AM". cardboardconnection also states 29 (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-revolution-basketball-nba-cards). 28 is written because the CHASE_CHECKLIST_SPEC 1c-ter tiebreaker does not fire cleanly: cardboardconnection's 29 for Autographs comes with 19 for Rookie Autographs, which three tcdb pages contradict at 20, and its two figures sum to 48 exactly as tcdb's do - so its 29 is equally consistent with one rookie signer being filed under the wrong set as with the Autographs base page being short. Resolving it needs the identity of A-AM.
