Notes

Autograph-scope parallel of the 20-card "Rookie Autographs" set: tcdb renders it as "2018-19 Panini Revolution - Rookie Autographs Chinese New Year" with "Total Cards: 20" and the same RA- letter codes as the parent set. PRINT RUN DELIBERATELY UNKNOWN, NOT UNRESOLVED. The tier is PROVABLY serial numbered - every row carries the literal tokens "AU" plus an SN token - but the run is PER-CARD VARIABLE, not a tier constant: measured "SN24" on RA-ASM (Anfernee Simons), "SN22" on RA-CSX (Collin Sexton), "SN5" on RA-MBB (Mo Bamba), "SN11" on RA-TYG (Trae Young), "SN34" on RA-WCJ (Wendell Carter Jr.). gogts.net states the rule in words: "Look for Rookie Autographs Chinese New Year with each sequentially numbered to the featured players jersey number!". Spec 2.3 records that the schema cannot express "serial numbered, run unknown", so print_run and serial_numbered are both UNKNOWN and the held fact is carried here and in gap G-005 instead. A per-card variable run is not a print run. This row is scope_type=set, NOT base-set scope, so the base-set UNKNOWN prohibition does not apply. CONVENTION DIVERGENCE: revolution-bkb-2019-20 files the equivalent tier as a SET row in sets.csv (set_name "Rookie Autographs Chinese New Year", set_type auto, card_count 20); this release files it as a parallel because tcdb lists it alongside Rookie Autographs Infinite and Rookie Autographs Kaleido, which are unambiguously parallels, and it carries the identical 20-card RA- roster. See gap G-006. CHANNEL DECLINED (channel=UNKNOWN, channel_basis EMPTY). No source found states a distribution channel for this insert-scope tier; the only distribution language in any source is the product-level hobby box configuration, which does not reach an individual tier. See gaps G-003.
