• G-001 'Sonic' and 'Crash the Game' insert sets (named in the scarcity-pass task prompt as sets to check) do not appear anywhere in the 2021-22 Panini Revolution Basketball checklist per tcdb.com Inserts.cfm (49 insert-set list) and blog.paniniamerica.net product preview; treated as not present in this release rather than omitted in error.
• G-002 rookie_flag for card #101-150 is based on cardsmithsbreaks.com's 'Base Rookies' section heading (single source) rather than a per-card RC logo/marking or a second corroborating source.
• G-003 Card-level checklists for Star Factor and Prime Time Performers (both confirmed SSP) come from a single detailed source, cardsmithsbreaks.com; only spot-corroborated (card #25 Josh Giddey, Star Factor) via an independent eBay listing title, not a second full checklist source.
• G-006 No numeric pull-odds (e.g. '1:X packs' or '1 per case') were found for any insert set or parallel; only qualitative source language ('super short-printed' for Star Factor/Prime Time Performers, 'SSP' for the Galactic base parallel) was located, consistent with the spec's note that Panini does not publish numeric basketball odds sheets.
• G-007 eBay listing titles describe 'Galactic' parallel versions of the Vortex, Shock Wave, Supernova, Liftoff, and Rookie Revolution insert sets as 'case hit' (e.g. 'Vortex Galactic Case Hit'), but this is secondary-market listing language, not a manufacturer or checklist-source statement, so these insert sets were left out of scarcity_sets.csv; only the base Galactic parallel itself (sourced from gogts.net) was recorded as SSP.
• G-008 Per-set parallel-tier repair pass (2026-08-27, targeted): looked for insert/autograph colour parallel tiers for these non-base sets and found none to source -- Prime Time Performers, Star Factor. checklistcenter.com listed no Parallels line for either insert during the 2026-08-27 targeted parallel-tier repair pass. Left unannotated.
• G-009 Autographs (sets.csv card_count 30): 28 of 30 written. tcdb renders the remaining TWO cards with the literal token "TBD" in the card-number column on every tier -- Bill Russell (Boston Celtics) and Charles Barkley (Houston Rockets), both flagged (AU, EXCH) -- so their printed codes are unknown and the rows are withheld per spec. Both players are confirmed members of the 30-card set by https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2021-22-panini-revolution-basketball-nba-cards . AG-KHM Khris Middleton is therefore written on parallel-page evidence only (Kaleido + Infinite), not from the base page. Charles Barkley also appears in this release as SH-CHA in the prior-season 2020-21 Spectra Hall of Fame Signatures block (see G-011); that is a DIFFERENT card on a different numbering scheme and was deliberately NOT used to fill this TBD, which would be derivation.
• G-013 CONTRADICTS EXISTING DATA -- parallels.csv appears incomplete for insert-scope tiers. Sid arithmetic on https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/302994/2021-22-Panini-Revolution (a clean contiguous block, sids 309487-309551, 65 entries, no numeric gaps) reconciles exactly as 49 insert entries + 16 base-set parallel entries. The 16 base-set entries match parallels.csv's 16 base-set-scope rows one for one. The 49 insert entries equal our 11 non-base sets.csv sets + 28 set-scope parallels in parallels.csv + TEN tcdb sids that parallels.csv does NOT carry: Liftoff! Asia (309515), Liftoff! Asia Holo Gold (309516), Rookie Revolution Asia (309528), Rookie Revolution Asia Holo Gold (309529), Shock Wave Asia (309534), Shock Wave Asia Holo Gold (309535), Supernova Asia (309541), Supernova Asia Holo Gold (309542), Vortex Asia (309547), Vortex Asia Holo Gold (309548). The pattern is coherent: Autographs and Rookie Autographs DO have their Asia tiers recorded, and the five plain insert sets have only Fractal/Galactic/Cubic recorded -- matching those sets' sets.csv notes, which name exactly '(Fractal, Galactic, Cubic)'. So the omission looks systematic rather than random. NOT ACTED ON: parallels.csv and sets.csv are out of scope for this pass and were not edited. Flagged for a parallels pass to verify and add.
