  • G-001 checklistinsider.com's initial summarized fetch reported base set size as 100 cards (treating 'Base Rookies' as a separate 50-card set), while checklistcenter.com and cardsmithsbreaks.com describe a combined 150-card base checklist (Base 1-100 + Rookies 101-150). Resolved to 150 using continuous numbering confirmed by blog.paniniamerica.net ('150-card base set... made up of 100 Base Winter and 50 Rookies Winter cards') and an eBay listing showing card #101 as a 'Rookies' RC. Recorded here as a resolved disagreement per spec.
  • G-002 Rookie Variation's scarcity language differs by source: checklistinsider.com calls it a short print ('SP'), cardlines.com calls it 'SSP'. Tiered as SSP in scarcity_sets.csv based on cardlines.com's exact-term match to the scarcity vocabulary, but the disagreement is unresolved.
  • G-003 Card count disagreement: checklistinsider.com states 2 cards; checklistcenter.com and cardsmithsbreaks.com both state 3 cards. Used 3 (majority) in sets.csv.
  • G-004 checklistinsider.com's own page is internally inconsistent, showing Shock Wave as 25 cards in one section and 20 in another. checklistcenter.com and cardsmithsbreaks.com both independently agree on 25, which was used in sets.csv, but the source-internal conflict is unresolved.
  • G-005 gogts.net's main product checklist page groups 'Star Factor' under a 'Chinese New Year' insert heading (implying channel exclusivity), while checklistinsider.com, checklistcenter.com, and cardsmithsbreaks.com list it as a standard hobby insert set alongside Prime Time Performers etc. Could not verify whether Star Factor is Chinese-New-Year-exclusive or a general hobby insert with an additional CNY-box appearance. • G-006 Numerous eBay seller listings for 2023-24 Revolution basketball market Galactic parallel cards as 'SSP CASE HIT', but no non-marketplace source (checklistinsider.com, checklistcenter.com, cardlines.com, cardsmithsbreaks.com, steelcitycollectibles.com) uses a formal scarcity-tier term for Galactic beyond calling it unnumbered and 'rare'/'valuable'. Per project anti-fabrication rule, Galactic was NOT assigned a scarcity tier in the scarcity pass and print_run in parallels.csv is recorded as unnumbered with no tier claim.
  • G-007 No source gives an explicit channel keyword (hobby/retail/blaster/etc.) for the Chinese New Year or Asia Holo Silver/Gold parallel families beyond confirming they belong to separate regional/exclusive box products (Chinese New Year hobby box; Asia/Tmall market). Recorded as channel=UNKNOWN rather than upgraded, per task instructions. • G-008 beckett.com/news/2023-24-panini-revolution-basketball-cards/ returned HTTP 403 on every fetch attempt and could not be used as a cross-check source, consistent with known site behavior noted in the task prompt.
  • G-009 Per-set parallel-tier repair pass (2026-08-27, targeted): looked for insert/autograph colour parallel tiers for these non-base sets and found none to source -- Rookie Variation, Calligraphy, Private Signings, Prime Time Performers, Revolutionary, Star Factor. checklistcenter.com listed no Parallels line for any of these six during the 2026-08-27 targeted parallel-tier repair pass. Left unannotated.
  • G-010 TOKEN DISCREPANCY, NOT A ROSTER ONE. Errors.cfm on the PARENT sid (https://www.tcdb.com/Errors.cfm/sid/415870/2023-24-Panini-Revolution) returns a page headed '2023-24 Panini Revolution - Errors/Variations' with exactly 10 records, each annotated 'VAR: Image variation'. The 10 players and teams match the 10 Rookie Variation rows already in insert_cards.csv exactly, and the count matches sets.csv card_count 10 - so the existing rows are corroborated on roster, team and number stem. BUT tcdb renders the card-number tokens WITH A TRAILING 'b': 101b, 102b, 104b, 105b, 106b, 108b, 109b, 112b, 117b, 119b, whereas the held rows carry bare 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 108, 109, 112, 117, 119. Confirmed under a second slug (https://www.tcdb.com/Errors.cfm/sid/415870/Revolution-2023-24-Panini-Basketball-Cards), which independently described them as 'cards numbered 101b through 119b'. Per CHASE_CHECKLIST_SPEC the 'b' is tcdb's disambiguator and is NOT necessarily a character printed on the card, so neither form is provably the printed token. The existing rows were left untouched as instructed. A human should decide which form this project stores. NO variation records exist beyond these 10, so there is no hidden variation set and no extra rows are owed.
  • G-011 CLASSIFICATION AND NAMING QUESTION, FLAGGED NOT ACTED ON. sets.csv classes 'Calligraphy' (3) and 'Private Signings' (2) as set_type 'insert', but both are autograph subsets: every tcdb row for both carries the AU flag and both use autograph-style letter codes (CAL-AST/CAL-CWL/CAL-KYG; PS-DLI/PS-MUR). Rows were written under the sets.csv set_name and set_type regardless, per task instruction. Separately, tcdb titles them '2023-24 Panini Calligraphy Signatures' (sid 427441) and '2023-24 Panini Private Signings' (sid 427442) - i.e. with a 'Panini' brand prefix and, for Calligraphy, a trailing 'Signatures' - which differs from our set_name. Per spec that is a naming question for a human, never a licence to rename our row. Note these are cross-brand Panini signing programs that also exist in other products with DIFFERENT prefixes (comc carries '2023-24 Panini Phoenix - Calligraphy - Gold #CG-SBR' at https://www.comc.com/Cards/Basketball/2023-24/Panini_Phoenix_-_Calligraphy_-_Gold/CG-SBR/Scottie_Barnes/26702479), so the CAL- prefix is Revolution-specific and must not be carried across products.
  • G-012 EXCLUDED, DELIBERATELY. tcdb carries '2024-25 Panini Revolution - 2023-24 Panini Revolution Update I: Rookie Autographs' (sid 532323, Total Cards 1) rendering RA-LMT Leonard Miller, Minnesota Timberwolves - https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/532323/2024-25-Panini-Revolution-2023-24-Panini-Revolution-Update-I-Rookie-Autographs - plus sibling Update I blocks such as '...Update I: Autographs Infinite' (sid 532310). These carry THIS season's RA-/A- prefixes but are filed under the 2024-25 Revolution PARENT and ship in 2024-25 packs. Per CHASE_CHECKLIST_SPEC 'Update' subsets are a different product and must not be written into this release, so RA-LMT was NOT added; our Rookie Autographs stands at 24, matching sets.csv and the 2023-24 sid's own 24 rendered rows. NOTE this is the MIRROR of the shape the spec documents: the spec describes prior-season Update subsets filed under THIS release's parent, whereas here THIS season's Update subsets are filed under the NEXT season's parent. Exclusion is correct either way, but an agent looking only under its own parent sid would never see them.
  • G-013 DUPLICATE CODE WRITTEN AS TWO ROWS, INTENTIONALLY. tcdb prints A-MMG on both Marcus Smart and Mike Miller (both Memphis Grizzlies) at https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/427443/2023-24-Panini-Revolution-Autographs . Adjudicated as a GENUINE collision rather than a data-entry smear by the spec's cid-adjacency test: the page's ViewCard cids are NOT sequential in display order (so the test is armed), and the two rows' cids are NON-adjacent - Marcus Smart 24596481, Mike Miller 24596484, with A-MAD Mark Aguirre 24596482 and A-MAX Max Strus 24596483 sitting between them. Both also fit the set's own name+team suffix scheme (cf. A-KUJ Karl Malone Utah Jazz, A-MJL Magic Johnson Lakers, A-SSS Shawn Kemp Seattle Supersonics). The duplicate persists byte-identically on the Kaleido parallel (sid 427448). Both rows written per the chase_cards (set_id, card_number, player_name) key. Set therefore holds 42 rows across 41 distinct codes; sets.csv card_count 42 counts ROWS here, not distinct codes.
  • G-014 eBay IS WHOLLY CONTAMINATED AS A CORROBORATING SOURCE ON THIS RELEASE - recorded so a later pass does not re-spend fetches on it. Two /itm/ pages for two different sets were fetched after their search snippets showed genuine free-text seller shape, and BOTH had been retitled to eBay's own catalogue form '<Release> - <Set> <Player> #N' carrying a tcdb flag string: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/285813270231 renders '2023-24 Panini Revolution - Autographs Marcus Smart #A-MMG (AU)' where the snippet read '2023-24 Panini Revolution Marcus Smart Autographs A-MMG!', and https://www.ebay.com/itm/186469093455 renders '2023-24 Panini Revolution - Rookie Revolution Victor Wembanyama #14 (RC)' where the snippet read 'VICTOR WEMBANYAMA - 2023-24 Panini Revolution Rookie Revolution #14 ROOKIE Spurs'. NOTE THE FINGERPRINT EXTENSION: the spec lists '(AU, RC)', '(MEM, RC)' and '(VAR)' as tcdb flag strings; here the contaminated titles carry the BARE single flags '(AU)' and '(RC)', which a fingerprint test looking only for the documented multi-flag forms would pass. Neither page was used as evidence. Corroboration was taken instead from goldin.co and comc.com, which were clean.
  • G-015 PER-RELEASE CALIBRATION RECORD. (1) checklistinsider.com (https://www.checklistinsider.com/2023-24-panini-revolution-basketball) FAILS on this release's coded sets and PASSES on its plain ones - the exact per-set-type split the spec describes. It renders Autographs as '1 Alperen Sengun / 2 Luka Doncic / 3 Ja Morant / 4 Stephen Curry / 5 Tyrese Maxey' where tcdb prints A-ASR/A-LDM/A-JAM/A-SCW/A-TYR, and renders Private Signings as '1 Dereck Lively II / 2 Kris Murray' where tcdb prints PS-DLI/PS-MUR; but it reproduces Vortex 1/2/25/26/35 and all 10 Supernova cards number-for-number and name-for-name against tcdb, including non-obvious interior values (LeBron James at Vortex 25, Donovan Mitchell at Vortex 35). It was therefore used for roster and plain-insert corroboration ONLY, never for a coded card_number. (2) sportscardspro.com, which the spec flags as renumbering Panini coded sets, PRINTS THE REAL CODES on this release's Autographs - it carries 'Luka Doncic #A-LDM', 'Nikola Jokic #A-JOK' and 'Stephen Curry #A-SCW' pages under https://www.sportscardspro.com/game/basketball-cards-2023-panini-revolution-autograph/ . Recorded as a per-release verdict only, not rehabilitation. (3) cardsmithsbreaks.com could not be used: its checklist body is not present in the fetched HTML (JS-rendered), returning only header and navigation.
  • G-018 COVERAGE BOUND, RECORDED AS POSITIVE EVIDENCE. Inserts.cfm on the parent (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/415870/2023-24-Panini-Revolution) returned a clean, non-truncated listing of 84 entries: 63 insert-side and 21 base-parallel. That decomposes exactly against our own files - 12 of the 13 non-base sets.csv sets have a sid, plus 51 insert parallels and 21 base parallels = the 72 rows in parallels.csv. The 13th set, Rookie Variation, correctly has no sid and is an Errors.cfm-on-the-parent set (see G-010). Both block boundaries were probed and returned FOREIGN products, confirming nothing sits just outside: sid 427440 and sid 427498 both render '2023 Wild Card Alumination Comix ROY CJ Stroud Edition' pages. The parent's own Total Cards is 150, equal to base_set_size, so there is NO overshoot and no hidden numbered block past the base run. Caveat retained per spec: a balanced count bounds the search, it does not prove composition.
