THE SET'S OWN PRINT RUN IS PER-CARD VARIABLE AND sets.csv CANNOT CARRY IT: the base tier renders two distinct serial tokens, SN99 and SN149, alongside AU. Per EXTRACTION_SPEC section 7.3 the DISTINCT TOKEN SET is the evidence and the fetch's own per-token counts are not - that response's stated counts disagreed with the lists it printed in the same response.
