tcdb sid 169144 renders 'Total Cards: 25' and I counted 25 rendered rows on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/169144/2017-18-Panini-Select-All-World?PageIndex=1&sort=0; the header and the rendered rows agree. Count is DISTINCT CARDS (EXTRACTION_SPEC section 5.4 unit 1) - the rows are distinct letter-coded card identifiers. Row-level flag column: no flag token on any of the 25 rows, so the set carries no AU, no MEM and no serial numbering. Second independent source agrees on the count: cardboardconnection heads the set 'All-World Set Checklist - 25 cards' (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-select-basketball-nba-cards).
