tcdb sid 169119 renders 'Total Cards: 36' and I counted 36 rendered rows on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/169119/2017-18-Panini-Select-Rookie-Signatures?PageIndex=1&sort=0; the header and the rendered rows agree. Count is DISTINCT CARDS (EXTRACTION_SPEC section 5.4 unit 1) - the rows are distinct letter-coded card identifiers. Row-level flag column: AU on all 36 rows and the serial token SN199 on all 36, so this set's own print run is a uniform 199 - recorded here in words because sets.csv has no print_run column, and in gaps.csv G-008. Second independent source agrees on the count: cardboardconnection heads the set 'Rookie Signatures Set Checklist - 36 cards' (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-select-basketball-nba-cards).
