tcdb sid 169108 renders 'Total Cards: 28' and I counted 28 rendered rows on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/169108/2017-18-Panini-Select-Signatures?PageIndex=1&sort=0; the header and the rendered rows agree. Count is DISTINCT CARDS (EXTRACTION_SPEC section 5.4 unit 1) - the rows are distinct letter-coded card identifiers. Row-level flag column: AU on all 28 rows. The serial tokens are NOT uniform - SN49, SN99 and SN149 all appear - so the set has a per-card variable print run; see gaps.csv G-006.
