tcdb sid 169092 renders 'Total Cards: 40' and I counted 40 rendered rows on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/169092/2017-18-Panini-Select-Throwback-Memorabilia?PageIndex=1&sort=0; the header and the rendered rows agree. Count is DISTINCT CARDS (EXTRACTION_SPEC section 5.4 unit 1) - the rows are distinct letter-coded card identifiers. Row-level flag column: MEM on all 40 rows and no AU on any row - unsigned memorabilia, filed as 'insert' because the set_type enum has no relic value. No serial token on any row. Second independent source agrees on the count: cardboardconnection heads the set 'Throwback Memorabilia Set Checklist - 40 cards' (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-select-basketball-nba-cards).
