Letter-coded numbering with the prefix 'RS-': lowest 'RS-AHD' (Aaron Holiday), highest 'RS-ZSM' (Zhaire Smith). Every row flagged 'AU, SN199' -- the only chase set in this release whose serial token is uniform across all rows. The figure 199 is a property of the set and sets.csv has no column that can hold it (section 2.2); it is recorded here in words and in gaps.csv G-008. tcdb 'Total Cards' and checklistcenter agree on this count; two independent sources. Count is DISTINCT CARDS (section 5.4 unit 1): tcdb's own checklist renders that many distinct card identifiers. Set and count read from https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/199470/2018-19-Panini-Select-Rookie-Signatures ('Total Cards: 40'); name and count cross-checked against checklistcenter at https://www.checklistcenter.com/2018-19-panini-select-basketball/. Listed on the parent inserts page https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/194154/2018-19-Panini-Select.
