SHORT-PRINT SOURCED FIRST-PARTY, not inferred. Panini America names this set in a list of "short-printed inserts": "Look for additional hobby-only inclusions such as Red, Holofoil, Gold and Platinum parallels, and short-printed inserts Century Stars, Automatic, Bringing Down the House, Swingmen and The Rooks." (https://blog.paniniamerica.net/the-panini-america-quality-control-gallery-2016-17-threads-basketball-100-pics/). Rendered complete: 20 rows over span 1-20 against a header of "Total Cards: 20"; flag column empty on all rows. cardboardconnection independently states "20 cards". Same first-party sentence makes it hobby-only.
