PER-CARD VARIABLE RUN - UNKNOWN IS WRITTEN DELIBERATELY AND IS NOT MISSING RESEARCH. A full row-level sweep on https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/152964/2016-17-Panini-Threads-Century-Collection-Materials-Prime?PageIndex=1&sort=0 renders 27 rows over span 1-30 with 2, 12 and 22 absent against its own header "Total Cards: 27" - the whole tier, not a sample - and the DISTINCT token set is {"MEM, SN10" on 25 rows, "MEM, SN5" on 1 row, "MEM, SN1" on 1 row}. three distinct runs on one tier. EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3 forbids writing the modal token on a tier whose own rows disagree, and the schema cannot express "serial numbered, run varies per card" at all (CAV-041), so print_run and serial_numbered are both UNKNOWN and the real structure is carried here and in a gaps row. This is legal only because the row is set-scoped; at base scope there would be no writeable row. CHANNEL IS UNKNOWN with channel_basis EMPTY - no source states a channel for this tier and the product-level hobby/retail sentences do not cover it. NOTE the tier's roster is SHORTER than its parent set and has interior holes; that is a property of the parallel, not evidence about the set, and no card was recorded as unissued from it (CAV-044).
