  • G-001 NUMBERING VERIFIED CONTIGUOUS - no deviation. Despite being an Update series, base cards use plain integers 1-200 with no U- prefix and do not continue flagship Topps Chrome numbering. Confirmed by checklistinsider (full 1-200 list), cardboardconnection and heavy. Recorded here because the task flagged alphanumeric numbering as a schema risk; no renumbering was required.
  • G-004 Ladder anomaly: Magenta RayWave Refractor is /299 (not /399 as in the standard ladder) and the RayWave family has no Teal. Both checklistinsider and sportscardportal agree on /299, so it is recorded as printed, but it may be a shared upstream transcription error.
  • G-006 Basketball Refractor (unnumbered, Value/Blaster) is documented in checklistinsider and hobbymonitor but sportscardportal notes the base unnumbered level 'does not appear to have been released' on the secondary market; existence of the unnumbered tier is not fully confirmed.
  • G-007 No Shimmer, Speckle, Mojo, Pulsar or Lava BASE parallels were found in any source. Speckle Refractor appears only as the parallel ladder of the Base Image Variations subset, and Lava Lamp only as an autograph subset. Not recorded as base parallels.
  • G-008 Insert card counts for 12 sets are single-source (cardboardconnection only): Minions NBA, Helix, Glass Canvas, Celebracion, Radiating Rookies, New Edition, Stratospheric Stars, Power Players, No Limit, plus Base Image Variations (checklistinsider only) and Denim Tears (checklistinsider only).
  • G-009 Card counts UNKNOWN for 10 insert sets (Clutch City, Clutch Gene, Go Time, Activators, Fortune 15, Fanatical, Paradox, Shadow Etch, Sapphire Selections, Infinite Sapphire) and for all 8 autograph sets. No source published counts.
  • G-010 beckett.com returned HTTP 403 for both the checklist page and the parallel guide and image gallery; sportscollectorsdaily.com returned HTTP 429. Neither could be used to cross-check.
  • G-011 Set-name variants unresolved: cardboardconnection prints 'New Editions' and 'Moment in Time' while sportscollectorsdaily/ripped print 'New Edition' and 'Moments in Time'. Recorded as New Edition / Moment in Time.
  • G-012 Denim Tears scope ambiguous: checklistinsider describes it once as a 100-card SSP set (1:6054 hobby) and once as '/100'. Recorded as a 100-card insert/variation set, not as a numbered base parallel.
  • G-013 Base checklist player names, teams and RC flags come from a single source (checklistinsider); beckett could not be reached to cross-check. Diacritics (Doncic, Jokic, Vucevic, Bogdanovic, Demin, Gonzalez, Konan-Niederhauser) were transliterated to ASCII.
  • G-014 Value/Blaster box card count disagrees: heavy says 7 packs x 4 cards = 28 cards; hobbymonitor says 40 cards from 7 four-card packs (internally inconsistent). Recorded as 7 x 4.
  • G-015 PER-SET PARALLEL TIERS: 1 of 32 non-base sets carry an enumerated tier note. The remainder returned NO dedicated parallel section on checklistinsider, the only source that calibrated cleanly for Topps products; a sample was confirmed absent by targeted per-name query rather than inferred from silence. Many appear to be plain unnumbered inserts that genuinely have no ladder. NOTE the source landscape here differs from Panini: tcdb's Inserts.cfm page, which carried this data for every Panini line, is NOT validated for Topps, and ripped.topps.com's Collector's Guide was caught FABRICATING a full rainbow ladder that a verbatim search disproved. Resolving further needs a first-party Topps odds sheet per product, not more scraping.
