card_count equals base_set_size. Enumerated 1-140 contiguously, 140 rows over 140 distinct numbers, with nothing numbered past 140: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/136421/2016-17-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=1 (rows 1-80), https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/136421/2016-17-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=9 and ?PageIndex=10 (81-100), https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/136421/2016-17-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=2 (all 40 rows of 101-140), and https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/136421/2016-17-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=15 which renders NO tiles with the pagination stopping at page 14. tcdb's parent states "Total Cards: 140" and cardboardconnection states "140 cards." at https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-totally-certified-basketball. STRUCTURAL DIVERGENCE RECORDED RATHER THAN RESOLVED SILENTLY: sportscardchecklist.com carves this same run into TWO entries, "2016-17 Panini Totally Certified (100 Cards)" and "2016-17 Panini Totally Certified Rookies (40 Cards)", each with its own seven-colour ladder, at https://www.sportscardchecklist.com/sport-basketball/year-2016-17/index-panini-totally-certified/trading-card-checklists-and-product-information. 100 + 40 = 140, so the three catalogues describe the same cards. I wrote 140 as one base set because tcdb files one parent of 140 rows, every one of the seven colour sids renders 140 rows numbered 1-140, and cardboardconnection counts 140. Cards 101-140 are the 2016 draft class and tcdb flags them "RC" and nothing else - no AU, no MEM and no serial token - so EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3 does not exclude them. No base_card_tiers.csv is written; see gaps G-003. A ROSTER OBSERVATION WORTH RECORDING: Domantas Sabonis has NO base card in this product. He sits at card 10 of both Rookie Autographs and Rookie Roll Call Autographs, between Thon Maker and Taurean Prince, exactly where draft order would put him in the base run - and the base run goes 109 Maker, 110 Prince with no gap. All 140 numbers are occupied by other players, on two endpoints: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/136421/2016-17-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=2 and https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/136421/2016-17-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=11, =12, =13 and =14, which agree row for row across the whole 101-140 block. So this is an absence in the product, not a dropped row.
