20 rows, numbered 1-20 contiguously, at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/142227/2016-17-Panini-Totally-Certified-Signed-Sealed-Delivered, header "Total Cards: 20". cardboardconnection: "Signed, Sealed, Delivered ... 20 cards." at https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-totally-certified-basketball; sportscardchecklist prints it without commas, "Signed Sealed Delivered (20 Cards)", at https://www.sportscardchecklist.com/sport-basketball/year-2016-17/index-panini-totally-certified/trading-card-checklists-and-product-information; tcdb's punctuated form is written. Counts agree across three renderings: tcdb's own header, my own count of its rendered rows, and the two non-tcdb catalogues. THIS SET IS PER-CARD SERIAL NUMBERED: enumerated row by row, every row carries AU plus a serial token and the distinct token set over all 20 rows is {SN35, SN75, SN99} - my own count from the enumerated list is SN75 on 11 rows, SN35 on 5 and SN99 on 4. No flat figure is writeable and sets.csv has no print_run column; see gaps G-004. NOTE the sibling season names this set "Signed, Sealed, and Delivered" with an extra "and" - a byte-for-byte matcher across seasons will miss it.

This set has a recorded count of 20, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
