The base run is 150 cards, enumerated contiguously 1..150 with no hole and no duplicate across https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/160148/2017-18-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=1 and ?PageIndex=2 plus https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/160148/2017-18-Panini-Totally-Certified?PageIndex=8 through ?PageIndex=11 and ?PageIndex=15; tcdb's own header agrees ("Total Cards: 150"). cardboardconnection states "150 cards, including 50 rookies (#/299)." at https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-totally-certified-basketball-nba-cards. The run is TIERED - see base_card_tiers.csv - and the 101-150 rookie block is part of the base set, not an EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3 block filed past it: no row carries AU or MEM and the numbering stops dead at 150.
