Notes

tcdb sid 162996, heading "2017-18 Panini Ascension - Black", "Total Cards: 140". Distinct serial-token set enumerated over the WHOLE tier, never sampled, and probed on Checklist.cfm with ViewSet.cfm and Gallery.cfm as second and third differently-varied fetches (EXTRACTION_SPEC section 3.2's direction-neutral rule). 180 rows in all (numbers 1-100 as plain single rows, 101-140 as a and b pairs) and EVERY row renders "SN1": https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/162996/2017-18-Panini-Ascension-Black rows 1-80, https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/162996/2017-18-Panini-Ascension-Black?PageIndex=2 rows 101a-138a, https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/162996/2017-18-Panini-Ascension-Black?PageIndex=9 81-90, https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/162996/2017-18-Panini-Ascension-Black?PageIndex=10 91-100, https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/162996/2017-18-Panini-Ascension-Black?PageIndex=18 136a-140b (last page, no page 19). Exactly one distinct token, SN1, so the tier is uniform. tcdb's Inserts.cfm Notes cell reads "Serial numbered One of One" and sportscardchecklist independently lists "2017-18 Panini Ascension Black (140 Cards)"; cardboardconnection prints "Black 1/1" in both of its PARALLEL CARDS lines. CHANNEL DELIBERATELY UNKNOWN WITH AN EMPTY BASIS. The only channel evidence that exists for this product is product-level: cardboardconnection says "each hobby box has one signed card to go along with a virtual rainbow of colorful designs." and "Each hobby box is slated to have: 1 Autograph". The words retail, Target, Walmart, blaster, mega and exclusive appear nowhere on that page. Nothing states a channel for THIS tier, and EXTRACTION_SPEC section 2.3 forbids inheriting a product-level note onto tiers it does not cover and forbids channel_basis when the channel is not known. See G-008.
