Notes
SET SCOPE: the "Lottery Ticket" insert. tcdb gives this tier its own sid (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/496216/x), listed under the parent inventory (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/461491/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Optic). Print run from checklistinsider, which states the parallel ladder for this set as "Red Cracked Ice /175; Blue Cracked Ice /75; Green Pulsar /25; International Black & White /25; Gold /10" (https://www.checklistinsider.com/2023-24-panini-contenders-optic-basketball). FIGURE CALIBRATED AGAINST tcdb: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/496150/x ("Hoop Dreams Red Cracked Ice") renders "SN175" on rows 1-2 and https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/496151/x ("Hoop Dreams Blue Cracked Ice") renders "SN75", matching this ladder exactly. NOTE checklistinsider prints only five tiers for this set while tcdb catalogues eight sids for it, so the aggregator ladder is INCOMPLETE, not uniform - see gap G-012.
