Notes
SET SCOPE: the "Optic Illusion" insert. EXISTENCE IS SOURCED AND THE PRINT RUN IS NOT. tcdb gives this tier its own sid (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/496203/x) under the parent inventory (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/461491/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Optic), so the tier certainly exists; but checklistinsider's ladder for this set ("Red Cracked Ice /175; Blue Cracked Ice /75; Green Pulsar /25; International Black & White /25; Gold /10", https://www.checklistinsider.com/2023-24-panini-contenders-optic-basketball) omits it and no source consulted states its run at this scope. Its run was NOT inherited from the base or Rookies ladder, which would be a derivation and not a source. See gap G-012.
