SET SCOPE: "Rookie Season Ticket". No tcdb sid was reachable for this tier: the parent's Parallel Sets members are never delivered by Inserts.cfm (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/461491/2023-24-Panini-Contenders-Optic renders 160 of a stated 177 insert sids and stops before the Parallel Sets heading). See gap G-008. checklistcenter states this set's parallel ladder as "Red #/99; Green #/75; Blue #/49; Orange #/25; Cracked Ice #/23; Purple FOTL #/18; Pink FOTL #/15; Gold #/10; Jade Cracked Ice #/5; Black FOTL #/3; Gold Lazer #/2; Gold Vinyl 1/1; Printing Plates 1/1" (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2023-24-panini-contenders-optic-basketball-card-checklist/). This is the on-card autograph block filed inside the parent checklist at cards 101-135 (less the unissued 105, 115 and 122), which base_set_size EXCLUDES per EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3. CHANNEL DECLINED ON PURPOSE: checklistcenter prints this tier as "Jade Cracked Ice" while the same finish is printed "International Jade Cracked Ice" at base and Rookies scope, where it IS an International-box tier. Whether checklistcenter has dropped the prefix or this is a genuinely different non-International tier was not established, so the channel is UNKNOWN and the basis is EMPTY rather than guessed either way. See gap G-014.
