the Rookies set
Notes
SET SCOPE: the 25-card "Rookies" insert (cards 1-25). Read directly off tcdb: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/496169/x states Total Cards "25" and the set-level note "NO NOTE". UNNUMBERED IS A POSITIVE FINDING: the same renderer carries a "Serial numbered to N" set note on 21 of the 25 tiers of this same ladder and carries none here.
