Notes
tcdb sid 180306, header "Total Cards: 40", renders 40 rows. Every rendered row enumerated, not sampled - 40 rows: SN10 x38, SN8 x1 (BB-MM Malik Monk), SN4 x1 (BB-JB Jordan Bell). SOURCES DISAGREE AND cardboardconnection IS REFUTED: it prints "PARALLEL CARDS: Prime #/10, Super Prime 1/1." beneath this set's heading, an unhedged flat figure, and the full tcdb enumeration shows the tier is NOT uniformly /10. PER-CARD VARIABLE RUN, so print_run and serial_numbered are UNKNOWN. See gaps.
