Notes

tcdb sid 180327, header "Total Cards: 32", renders 32 FF- rows. UNIFORM: the distinct token set over all 32 rendered rows is exactly {SN49}, enumerated in full, not sampled. The tier is SHORT of its parent set's 35 cards at 32 rows; the shortfall does not affect this print run, which covers every row the page renders. See gaps. cardboardconnection prints "PARALLEL CARDS: Silver #/49, Gold #/10, Platinum 1/1." beneath its Franchise Foundations Signatures heading (it omits Bronze there because it split Bronze off as a set of its own), agreeing with tcdb on this tier.
