Notes
tcdb sid 180345, header "Total Cards: 24", renders 24 PP- rows. Every rendered row enumerated, not sampled - {SN1} x24. This tier renders the COMPLETE 24-card roster, including PP-LSP Lance Stephenson and PP-TPC Taurean Prince which tcdb's own base page lacks - it is how card_count was settled. cardboardconnection prints "PARALLEL CARDS: Silver #/49 or #/25, Gold #/10, Platinum 1/1." beneath its Pillars of Power Autographs heading, agreeing with tcdb on this tier.
