Notes
tcdb sid 180346, header "Total Cards: 22", renders 22 PP- rows. Every rendered row enumerated, not sampled - 22 rows: SN49 x18, SN25 x4. The tier renders 22 rows against the set's 24 cards; the shortfall does not affect this print run, which covers every row the page renders. See gaps. cardboardconnection prints "PARALLEL CARDS: Silver #/49 or #/25, Gold #/10, Platinum 1/1." beneath its Pillars of Power Autographs heading. That stated RANGE held exactly - it brackets the enumerated token set {49, 25} with nothing outside it - and a range that brackets the tokens is still not a per-tier print run. PER-CARD VARIABLE RUN, so print_run and serial_numbered are UNKNOWN. See gaps.
