Notes
tcdb sid 200600 "2018-19 Panini Cornerstones - Memorabilia Prime", listed under the parent Inserts.cfm heading "Insert Sets (42)". Header states "Total Cards: 28" and the page renders 28 rows, counted row by row rather than taken from the fetch's own tally. The DISTINCT serial-token set was ENUMERATED IN FULL over every rendered row, not sampled: {SN10} on all 28 rows. Uniform across every rendered row, so print_run=10. cardboardconnection independently prints "PARALLEL CARDS: Prime #/10, Super Prime 1/1." beneath its "Memorabilia" checklist heading. NOTE this tier page renders 28 rows against a sets.csv card_count of 30 for the parent set; that is a tcdb coverage question about the tier page, not a print-run question - the token census above covers every row the page does render. No source consulted states a trade channel or claims channel exclusivity for this tier, so channel is UNKNOWN with an EMPTY channel_basis per EXTRACTION_SPEC section 2.3.
