Notes
PRINT RUN NOT WRITEABLE: this tier's own rows carry MORE THAN ONE serial token, so it has a per-card variable run, not a flat one. EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3 has no way to say 'serial numbered, run varies', so print_run and serial_numbered are UNKNOWN and the census is carried here and in gaps G-004. Census of all 15 rendered rows under ?sort=0: "MEM" on 15, plus SN25 on 12 rows and SN16 (Arron Afflalo), SN12 (Damian Lillard) and SN15 (Klay Thompson) on one row each, counted row by row by this agent - https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/163922/2017-18-Panini-Court-Kings-Performance-Art-Jerseys-Prime . value_contested=yes: cardboardconnection states "Prime #/25" (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-court-kings-basketball-cards), which the three differing rows refute as a FLAT run. Per EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3 a modal token is not a print run and a ceiling is not a print run, so 25 is not written.
