The distinct serial-token set was ENUMERATED OVER EVERY RENDERED ROW, not sampled: "SN1" on 28 rows and no second serial token anywhere. ONE ROW IS AN EXCEPTION AND IT IS A DATA HOLE, NOT A SECOND PRINT RUN: alongside the 28 coded CS- rows the page renders a 29th row whose card-number cell reads the bare ordinal "6" and which carries no flag token at all. tcdb has incomplete data for that row - its number is a placeholder ordinal of the documented kind - so its tokenless state is absence of a figure, not a conflicting figure, and is not read as evidence either way.
