Cards 1-200, enumerated contiguously row by row rather than taken from the header: Checklist.cfm?PageIndex=1 (82 rows, 1-82), Gallery.cfm ?PageIndex=9 (81-90) and 10 (91-100), Checklist.cfm?PageIndex=2 (83 rows, 101-183), Gallery.cfm ?PageIndex=19 (181-190) and 20 (191-200). Both page overlaps agree row for row (81-82 and 181-183). Multi-source count: tcdb states "Total Cards: 200" and cardboardconnection states "200 cards." BOTH ENDS OF THE RUN PROVED: Gallery.cfm ?PageIndex=20 offers only pages 16-20 in its pagination control, and Checklist.cfm?PageIndex=3&sort=0 renders NO card rows at all. EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3 had nothing to exclude - no row in 1-200 carries AU, MEM or EXCH on any of the eight parent fetches, so there is no autograph or memorabilia block numbered past the base run. ROOKIE SPLIT: tcdb renders the flag token "RC" on every row 151-200 and on no row 1-150. No "RR" token appears anywhere, which is why no base_card_tiers.csv was written - see gaps.
