Notes
tcdb renders this tier as "2018-19 Donruss - Press Proof Black Laser" with "Total Cards: 200" and its first row card 1 Damian Lillard, so it is a full base-set parallel. tcdb's Inserts.cfm Notes cell for this set reads "Serial numbered 1/1". Row-level probe of this sid: tcdb renders the literal flag token "SN1" on its rows. checklistcenter independently lists the tier as "Press Proof Black Laser 1/1". Calibration: checklistcenter's independent list of the 16 base-set parallels matched tcdb's Inserts.cfm set inventory 16/16 on names and 12/12 on stated print runs, and its split between numbered and un-numbered tiers matched a per-sid row-level probe of all 16 tiers exactly.
