Aspirations

Panini Direct

How we know: recorded without support — treat with care.

Applies to

the full 150-card base set of 2019-20 Donruss Elite

About the print run

/99 is a ceiling, not a flat run: the source states it as a maximum, and individual cards are numbered to that figure or lower. The catalogue stores it as a single integer and the Refinery has it listed for repair.

“Aspirations #/99 or less'”

Notes

Cardboardconnection and checklistcenter both state 'Aspirations #/99 or less'; independently confirmed as a base (not just rookie) parallel by four retail product pages (theawesomecardshop, sportscardsdirect, diamondcardsonline, steelcitycollectibles) and by Panini's own Product Information Sheet ('Also find the popular Status and Aspirations parallels for rookies and base cards!' / 'Chase the popular Status and Aspirations parallels for the top veterans and rookies across the league!'). An eBay listing (Paul George Aspirations /87) confirms individual cards are numbered below the stated 99 ceiling. tcdb.com catalogues Aspirations as one of the 7 base parallel sets. Print run recorded as 99, the stated ceiling ('or less' -- individual serials vary, see gaps). Channel panini-direct: Dutch-auction exclusive, no other SKU found. [SUPERSEDED 2026-08-19: channel resolved to 'panini-direct'; note above predates the channel pass]
