Cards 1-100 veteran base (unnumbered); cards 101-150 are a 'Rookies' subset serial-numbered to #/299 (e.g. eBay: Tremont Waters #103/299, Tyler Herro #122/299), carried inside the same continuous 1-150 checklist rather than a separately-prefixed insert set. Total of 150 confirmed by cardboardconnection, checklistcenter and tcdb.com (all three agree on the 100+50 split). Rejected the 'Rookies' subset being folded/duplicated as a separate insert since it shares the base numbering sequence; also rejected treating it as a distinct SSP subset for the scarcity pass since it is base, not a chase insert.
