Cards 1-200 unnumbered veteran base (including retired legends e.g. Dirk Nowitzki, Allen Iverson, Shaquille O'Neal, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Julius Erving); cards 201-250 are a 'Rookies' subset, carried inside the same continuous 1-250 checklist rather than a separately-prefixed insert. Total of 250 confirmed by checklistinsider.com, checklistcenter.com and tcdb.com (sid 403713, Total Cards: 250). Full 1-250 checklist retrieved from tcdb.com and checklistinsider.com and cross-checked on ~40 overlapping card numbers with no disagreement. Rookies range (201-250) contains only 2023 NBA draft class rookies (e.g. Victor Wembanyama #231, Brandon Miller #244), no post-2023 draftees found. Base Rookie cards carry no stated print run on the base card itself (consistent with 2022-23).
