tcdb sid 178312 states Total Cards "40" and rendered 40 rows - https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/178312/2017-18-Panini-Encased-Dual-Rookie-Jerseys ; cardboardconnection states "Dual Rookie Jerseys Set Checklist / 40 cards." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-encased-basketball-nba-cards); sportscardchecklist lists the same 40 (https://www.sportscardchecklist.com/sport-basketball/year-2017-18/index-panini-encased/trading-card-checklists-and-product-information). NOT UNIFORMLY NUMBERED: the distinct flag-token set over all 40 rows is MEM,SN149 x11 + MEM,SN99 x29, and cardboardconnection deliberately prints no serial statement under this heading. Per-card variable run; see gaps.csv. Relic set, so set_type=insert. THIS SET EXISTS IN NEITHER SIBLING SEASON.

Checklist · not documented
This set has a recorded count of 40, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
