How we know: a source confirms presence in this channel.

the full 100-card base set of 2016-17 Flawless

BASE-SET parallel of the flat 100-card base run; tcdb sid 162458, page read back under its own heading "2016-17 Panini Flawless - Bronze" with "Total Cards: 100". DISTINCT SERIAL-TOKEN SET ENUMERATED OVER ALL 100 ROWS, NEVER SAMPLED: "SN2" and nothing else, no tokenless row and no row numbered above 100, so the tier is UNIFORM and print_run=2 is a tier-level figure rather than a modal token. Method: Checklist.cfm?PageIndex=1 returned 50 rows over a 1-73 number SPAN - count below span, which is CAV-046's tell that interior rows were dropped, so it was NOT relied on for coverage - ViewSet.cfm returned 51 contiguous rows 1-51, and Gallery.cfm?PageIndex=6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 returned cards 51-60, 61-70, 71-80, 81-90 and 91-100 at ten tiles each with no page 11. The union is 1-100 complete. CHANNEL: cardboardconnection's ladder annotates this tier "(1st Off Line)", which PLACES it in First Off The Line boxes without using the word exclusive, so channel_basis is sourced-presence rather than sourced-exclusive. NOTE A CONVENTION DIVERGENCE: flawless-bkb-2017-18 writes sourced-exclusive for its Bronze off an equivalent quote. Recorded in gaps.csv rather than smoothed over. SECOND INDEPENDENT LEG: cardboardconnection states the whole ladder in words - "PARALLEL CARDS: Double Diamond #/10, Triple Diamond #/5, Bronze #/2 (1st Off Line), Platinum 1/1." - which matches tcdb's row-level flag column tier for tier, so source_confidence=multi. Every Gallery roster read on this tier agrees name-for-name with base_cards.csv at every overlapping card number. https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/162458/2016-17-Panini-Flawless ; https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/162458/2016-17-Panini-Flawless?PageIndex=10 ; https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-flawless-basketball-cards
