The 100-card base run, numbered 1-100 with no unissued number and no repeated number. tcdb's parent renders "Total Cards: 100" and "Notes: Distributed in one series (#1-100), all base cards serial numbered to 25"; cardboardconnection's "Base Set Checklist" heading prints "100 cards. Serial numbered #/25." - two independent sources on the count and on the /25. The run is NOT tiered, so there is no base_card_tiers.csv and card_tier is empty on every base card.
