How we know: a source states this channel exclusively.

Applies to

the full 100-card base set of 2023-24 Impeccable

Notes

PRINT RUN unnumbered / serial_numbered no, ON A WITHIN-SID POSITIVE DISCRIMINATIVE TEST, NOT ON ABSENCE OF A FIGURE. tcdb sid 461756 "2023-24 Panini Impeccable - International" states Total Cards "140". (a) WITHIN-SID CONTROL: it renders NO serial token on any sampled row of cards 1-100 (rows 1-12 and cards 28, 44, 57, 63 over two endpoints and three distinct URLs) while rendering "AU, MEM, SN88" on every sampled row of cards 101-140 - the same cataloguer, the same set, entering serials on 40 rows and none on 100. (b) SAME-SCOPE SIBLINGS, SAME ASK: all nine other base parallels return a uniform token through the identical ViewSet.cfm first-rows ask that returned none for this tier - Silver "SN75", Gold "SN49", Green "SN35", Purple "SN5", Holo Silver "SN25", Holo Gold "SN10", Platinum "SN1", International Red "SN8", International Red and Gold "SN1". (c) SAME NAME ELSEWHERE IN THIS RELEASE: "Rookie Autographs International" (sid 461898) renders "SN88" and "SN48", and the three Silver logo International tiers render "SN8", so the renderer emits International serials wherever they apply. NO SOURCE CONTRADICTS: checklistinsider lists the tier as the bare item "International" inside a ladder that gives every other tier a figure, and steelcitycollectibles names "Base International" alongside "Base International Red (#'d/8)" and "One-of-One Base International Red and Gold" without giving it a number. See gaps G-006, which carries the full probe and the competing hypothesis. tcdb subset: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/461756/x ; https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/461756/2023-24-Panini-Impeccable-International?PageIndex=1 ; https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/461756/2023-24-Panini-Impeccable-International?PageIndex=2 . CHANNEL: steelcitycollectibles lists a distinct box SKU titled "2023-24 Panini Impeccable Basketball Hobby International Box" and names its exclusives verbatim - "Base International, Base International Red (#'d/8), and One-of-One Base International Red and Gold" and "International-exclusive Stainless Stars parallels International Red and International Red and Gold (#'d/8)". That names THIS tier as exclusive to the International box, so channel=international, channel_basis=sourced-exclusive. See gaps G-011.
